Answer» I just switched ISP's from Comcast to verizon and have a new SECURITY suite. Usually when I SIGN on it goes RIGHT to the security suite but now it tells me that the CLBR.DLL file can not be found. I checked the REGISTRY 32 and it isn't there. Can someone please tell me how to get the DLL file back? ThanksReinstall security program.The DLL mentioned is not a proper Windows element. And it is not from any major software vendor in the USA. In other words, it is BAD! Wrong. Surely, it doesn't belong to Windows, because it belongs to security program. This particular .dll is installed along with number of programs: Verizon Internet Security Suite, PCGuard, Netguard, and others.
