Solve : "Cleaning Engine"?

Answer»

I am using Windows XP Professional  Version 2002 Service Pack II  . Every so often a window "Cleaning Engine" appears  and  disturbs my working. What is this Engine ?  Why does it appear ? How to take care so that it will not interrupt my work ?
