Answer» I am using Windows XP Professional Version 2002 Service Pack II . Every so often a window "Cleaning Engine" appears and disturbs my working. What is this Engine ? Why does it appear ? How to take care so that it will not interrupt my work ? Will somebody help and guide me ? Thanks ?Need more information on exactly what is displayed on your screen. NOTE. If you're using Vista, right click on HijackThis, and click Run as AdministratorYou have an odd Program on you computer Called Cleaning Engine , and what ever its supposed to do its not doing it right and it keeps Crashing , it may be malware or some kinda Fake anti Virus
or it could be harmless other than the fact it doesn't work
Regardless of what it is , open up control PANEL and open add remove programs or just Programs in Vista and find it on the List and promptly Uninstall it.
If its not there you my have to remove it by other meansor you may have to remove it by using this FREE software "Revo Uninstaller" it safe and you can remove or uninstall and clean leftover registry so it may not appear again and if you want to install the software you can find it here http://www.softpedia.com/ Dear Blitz, Thanks for trying to help me .
