It looks the same as the clock on my XP computer. As a guess, do you want 12-hour time with AM and PM? If so, go to your "Control Panel", and then "Regional and Language Options". In the Regional and Language Options WINDOW, click "Customize..." and go to the "Time" tab. You can change the format of the time in the "Time format:" field.
