Answer» I have TRIED everything suggested to fix this problem from correcting the registry to uninstalling the cd/dvd drives and the computer still will not recognize the cd/dvd...Does anyone have a SOLUTION that will actually work...I have a DELL dimension E-510 and I am close to throwing the WHOLE thing out the window...cannot RELOAD software beacuse the pc won't recognize the cd/dvd... |
