Not enough info about your computer. Are you using wireless connection?

Did you install/uninstill anything when you got the error messages, or did you get them from day one? It sounds to me like something hasn't been uninstalled properly.If it is brand new, then no doubt it has a warranty. Have you considered contacting Sony?
