Answer» Hi there, I have a resume written up on microsoft works word peocessor & if i send this out the company receiving it is unable to open up the file. Is there anything i should KNOW in setting up my system so the company receiving it can open up the file. Thanks.tracker5095....... What format are you saving the document in ? dl65 You have to convert it to a format that is universal. Works is not it. You can copy and paste into Wordpad and then safe as .doc or .rtf Is there a workpad on my xp system? ? Hey presto. Is there a program in my windows XP that you can WRITE in your own HANDWRITING or some KIND of a making drawing & send as an email.
