I've been having trouble with the powercords. replaces it 3 times but bought off the Internet buy.com
Have not operated the laptop since January because I just RECENTLY replace the powercord. The powercord worked fine but now after I enter my password, the computer will not take me to the programs screen. It acts like it's trying to take me there but a blank screen is the only thing that will show up. I'm able to get to the programs in safe mode but not in normal mode. I tried taking the computer back to a different RESTORE point while in safe mode but nothing HELPS. Will it help to do the complete system recovery or is there ANOTHER problem causing this to happen.Have you ever replaced the battery? Are you trying to run it with battery in or out? If in, try starting it with battery out.
