Solve : Computer freezes straight after Login?

My Computer:
Window XP Home Edition
Pentium 4 ( 3.0 GHZ, 2MB Cache )
Midi-Tower ATX Case +550w PSU
ASUS P5GDC - PCI Express Mainboard ATX

Both my mouse and keyboard work FINE before CLICKING login, can type on setup, move mouse ... etc.
However once i've logged in, and not even 1 or 2 seconds after, my computer freezed, I cannot move
the mouse or do any action with the keyboard. I TRIED changing keyboards and mouse, but still the
same problem. At the moment, I really dont know what's wrong.

Would appriciate some advice or help. Thanks.Does this happen in Safe Mode?

Do you REMEMBER doing anything before this? (downloads, installs,e ct...)
