Solve : computer froze during shutdown? |

Answer» my computer froze during shut down it went as far as windows is shutting down and then it stopped. I had to turn it off with the power buttonAnd.........?then I waited the normal 30 SECONDS to a minute and turned it on and booted up fine and then I did a restart to see if it would do it again and it didn't.If it happened just once, forget about it.This happens from TIME to time. Sometimes a program can cause Windows to lock up during shutdown. If you have normal OPERATION now without any more lock ups, then you probably have nothing to worry about. However, if the problems persits, COME back and give us more details on it and we'll see what we can do. |
