I can't see the WHOLE page on the computer screen. Some programs I can't load or use DUE to page placement and I can't get the mouse to the continue/start buttons for these programs.
Computer won't let me change the display properties of the computer monitor either...i.e. size display
Tried to use Hijack, but I can't hit the scan start button at the bottom of the page because it is off the screen.

It's hard for me to put in words, so I am hoping someone understands this....

TedWhen you boot up the computer, and right click on some area of the desktop, does XP give you the menu in which the last choice is Properties?  If not, what happens, INSTEAD?It all comes up like it should, but it does not allow me to change anything. Plus, not all the page info shows up, like the monitor is too small to display all the info.What happens, please, when you right click on the desktop?  Do you get the menu with Properties?the menu comes up. click properties, click on settings and then try to slide the BAR for the screen size, you can't do it.
