Answer» The computer turns on but the screen SHOWS nothing on it. I did the F8 and tried safe mode and run windows normally but nothing happens. Please help, greatly appreciatedWhen did this START happening? Any recent hardware/software changes? Have you tried a different monitor?Per your PM...you state your computer is a laptop... When the computer is turned on...do you see any image on the screen at all? Granted...it may be a little hard to see, but is it totally black...or can you see an image, but the screen is DARK?Hold a light up to it if you have to. It WOULD also help to know the model NUMBER of the laptop.
