Solve : Computer is running really slow....?

Answer»

I know this is not what you want to hear but yes if you Ghost the drive you may INHERIT the same symptoms...
If it were me i would get a new drive and do a clean install of Windows and all my Programs...
You can then hook the offending drive up as a SLAVE and first USE the Files and Settings Transfer Wizard to migrate all your current system settings to the new drive...
After doing that you could then transfer any DATA you need from there into the appropiate programs/folders...

After that if you feel you can still trust the drive you can format it and use it for extra storage... Quote
