Answer» Hi, YESTERDAY my computer started like stuttering, meaning my mouse would move choppy whenever a program would load. for example, If i opened my browser it would get all choppy until it loads, and if im listening to music while i do something then the music will get all choppy. its the same with games,i cannot play games now because of the annoying stutters.
