My COMPUTER started acting strange about a month ago i was unable to get into itunes. I kept getting an error SAYING cannot access %APPDATA% or something like that. I was unable to download any software or even remove file because of this. My computer then began to crash dump on me about 2 days ago and now it LOCKED me out of my admin account. I can only log in as a guest my primary account is telling me my password is invalid and I have not changed. I have no idea what to do if any suggestions please help. I looked at some of the forums and attempted to go to:
http://www.resplendence.com/whocrashed but since i do not have admin privileges and it keeps telling me my password is invalid i could not run this program.

Try booting into safe mode and Take Ownership of your files and folders...Also, navigate to C:\Windows\Minidump folder.
Zip all .DMP files, and attach zipped file to your next REPLY.
