Solve : computer keeps going on widescreen...?

randomly my computer just changes to a widescreen format...sometimes just out of the blue while using but also when i plug anything into USB ports

i cant change it back to normal, using the settings in control panel as they are already listed as correct

what could be causing this?

i am on win 7, FIREFOX, compaq presario f500

i have PC tool suite and use it regularly and well as tuneup utilities

These would be my 2 top suspects...
You may want to reinstall your VIDEO drivers...and uninstall both of these apps...
