I SUGGEST you right click on My Computer - Manage - Device Manager -> Video adaptors. That should show you the details of your videocard. Your DRIVERS should show up in the add/remove software list, if they donot, I suggest you check to see if they are installed properly.well...wouldnt you know it! There is a problem with the driver for the video card. BUT when I try to INSTALL it from the disk I have it doesnt work...and niether does the website download.kati_jo...try removing the vid card and its drivers......then reinstall it let windows see it and ask that you insert the cd with the drivers on it and let them load let US know dl65 If you use Windows XP, Windows update may have drivers for you that you can use.
