Answer»

Whenever I am playing a game on my computer iy suddenly logs off and closes down. Any help WOULD be appreciated.can you provide more info such as like if its been doing it. the MACHINE type maker an such. This has been happening for quite some time. HP Compaq D530 with windows XP Pro.Please, post some computer info:
- processor type, amount of RAM (hold Windows logo key, hit Pause/Break key)
- hard drive size/free space (open "My Computer", right click on hard drive letter, click "Properties")

What game? What are the game requirements?or you can run a copy of cpu-z its really small an can get alot of your specs. Or go to everst.com an let that run.Quote from: squall_01 on February 11, 2009, 08:54:10 AM

Broni's post will suffice.

When advising people to use Everest, tell them EXACTLY what to do....sorry i havent done that in a good while an noticed that EVERY ONE does when this sort of thing happens its recommened.Processor=2.67 gigahertz Intel Pentium 4
6 kilobyte primary memory cache
512 kilobyte secondary memory cache

Hard Drive= 40.01 Gigabytes usable hard drive capacity
10.58 Gigabytes hard drive free space.

The game I am playing at the moment is 'Azada' from Big Fish Games.

Can I also point out that the computer logs off for no apparent reason on SEVERAL occassions even if not playing a game. it would have been nice to mention that. Is that on a u3 sandisk? has your drives been scanned? You don't say how much RAM you have.I just noticed.Sorry but I am an OAP with only a limited knowledge of computers.not sure what that is. but did you do any scans recently?Quote
