Answer»
ah' okay, tanx a lot! I'll do what you've instructed me to do. Just one more thing, my computer is very new I just wanted to know if it's still as good as new after being reformatted because of a virus?? Does it perform 100% well after being reformatted??After you FOLLOW the instructions, a Malware expert will examine your logs and advise you whether your computer can be restored to 100% health or if you have an incurable virus.
Tanx! Does a virus affect or ruin a hardware of a computer??A virus is a software issue. Incurable viruses corrupt Windows so badly that your Windows SETUP cannot be saved. In such a case your drive has to be reformatted. Then you have to install Windows and all of your software again. A virus cannot survive this kind of erasure. A virus cannot damage your hardware.

Some medium level viruses can be cleaned, but may leave undetectable traces which can pose a low level threat. Your malware removal expert can advise you if the virus DETECTED on your computer can be completely removed or not without erasing your hard drive. So why does my computer doesn't boot at all if a virus is only damaging the software of a computer??? In your own view, what is the main reason why a computer doesn't boot at all???A lot of things are theoretically possible. What has been written here has been in the context of what is likely needed in your case.

Based on your posts, efforts have been directed at helping you. If we take the discussion into hypothetical directions, a computer can fail to boot for a wide variety of reasons. If you search all of the forums here, you will see discussions of problems with hardware failures, corruption of Windows boot files, and malware issues. If the machine is that new i would RETURN it for a replacement.
