Solve : Computer Reboots Itself.?

Answer»

To disable re-booting on errors :

Control Panel/System/Advanced/ Startup and Recovery...uncheck " Automatically re-boot on errors.

You will now get the wonderful BLUE Screen of Death instead of a restart. When you do write down the exact error message which will help us narrow down the cause of the problem.

Post it here.patio
I did like you said to do, but the Automatically re-boot on errors box is unchecked, so why does it reboot itself?Calum

Oh, ok, I clean my PC of dust, 3-4 times weekly. I have looked for how to clean PC article here, but can't find it.
You clean it 3-4 times weekly but you still need an article?

By cleaning, do you mean on the inside? soybean,
Yes, to do what it says to do, to clean it.

What is "it"? My point is, why clean on the inside so often? Is the air in the room where it sits exceptionally dirty? For many COMPUTER users, once every 2 or 3 months is quite adequate.soybean,
my pc has never been cleaned on the inside, until now, that is my point.
