Solve : Computer resets after restart?

Hello all.

I am having some trouble with my computer.
I NORMALLY run Windows 7, but my personal computer is in for service, so I am running Windows XP.
Every time I restart my computer, my account is reset, all my DOCUMENTS are deleted, and the programs are as well.
I scanned it with Malwarebytes SOFTWARE, and it found three errors, which I ERASED, but still had the same problem.
Does anyone know what's going on here?
