Solve : Computer resets itself?

I am having a big problem:
my computer suddenly during a work resets itself.
I have WIN XP and configuration:
Intel 3.0, 1024 Mb RAM, 240 GB hard disc, Ati radeon graphic card. I use ADSL connection to internet.

When my computer resets itself I can SEE in my EVENT viewer this errors:

But my computer still restarts itself after a period of time.
I checked again for errors and found out:

Please someone help because this is really making me crazy. I thought about if it is my ADSL modem something to do with it? Is it possible?Your computer may be compromised.  Turn off DCOM.  CLICK on the following:  http://grc.com/default.htm.
