no no no ok im decent with computers i know wat im doing thats why i helped him with his problem. which was i upgraded his vid card, added more memory and the stuff i said in the first post.  the problem there was it kept restarting on its own so my friend thought he knew wat he was doin and DECIDED to take it apart on his own, after i TOLD him not too but he did anyways (hes a dumb country folk, no offense). but yea so i put it back 2gether for him and now the comp turns on but nothin shows up on the monitor. as for those LIL wired plugs in the last post i put, i got those back in cuz he FOUND his mobo instruction manual so yea but once i figured i couldnt get it to work thats when i came here.... anymore info u need?? I got about 3 lines into that and gave up.
Proper English words, sentence structure and maybe some punctuation would go a long way to get him some help.there is that better.....You need to match the case connectors to the motherboard connectors. From what I've seen of this so far, your best bet would be to get hold of someone who actually knows what they're doing.
Amateur fumbling can be a very expensive hobby!i got the case connectors in but when we try to start the comp up it turns on and there is a blank screen...no bios or anythingAmateur fumbling can be a very expensive hobby!
Any beep codes or diagnostic displays?nope nothin it just turns on with a blank screenHave you reset the BIOS via the motherboard jumper?nope can u tell me how to do that
