Solve : Computer stops at HP Welcome screen?

1.	Solve : Computer stops at HP Welcome screen?
Answer» I tried the F2 and the F10 at start up. also removing all the cables and PLUGGING them back in. Also removed and replaces all ram and boards. STILL same PROBLEM. If I try ANOTHER hard drive, won't it have a problem with the hardware? I thought each hard drive "learned" its hardware when the operating system was installed. I can try anyway, can't be worse than what I have.... Thanks!
