Answer» At my work station computer, when I pull up IE6 on Windows XP, I'm unable to type anything in the url or search bar. If I hit one button, the computer takes over and BEGINS typing in different letters and numbers (on url). In the search bar (comcast), dashes appear over and over again, and continues to do so until I log off. I scanned for viruses, nothing came up. Could it have something to do with the KEYBOARD? Any information is much appreciated! THANK you.My guess would be that the keyboard is bad. You probably have a key that is stuck. I would try a different keyboard first thing.Does this happen EVERYWHERE or only with certain programs? |
