Answer» recently my computer started "crashing down" afterthe windows logo SCREEN.. it could run in SAFE mode but never in normal mode. i reformatted my whole drive and reinstalled windows XP but it still has this problem. does anyone know how i could fix this? thanks!How did you go about installing XP?
What happens when you try to enter "normal mode"the usual way we do.. put the cd on the drive deleted the partitions reformatted the drive created a new partition installed xp then it restarted after the INSTALLATION. it FUNCTIONS "well" enough until the windows logo.. after that blank screen.. what would help us better is if you give us more information about your computer? brand: operating system: and how old is the computer Could be, that your hard drive is going bad. It sounds as if it might be going bad.
