Answer» I tried to re-install WINDOWS XP from a cd ONTO my uncle's Dell Inspirion lap top. It will not get to the desktop, but instead goes to a gray screen with white writing saying I can boot into SAFE Mode or Repair. When trying to repair, the computer says I am missing system32/directory/isapnp.sys.
