Answer» Hi, i had the same problem with my sisters p.c. the other day. i done the above (a ping test) it CAME back O.K. she told me norton had been removed! I then looked in the registry and found parts of norton (symantec) was still there. I removed it which solved the problem. What's your question? I...don't know....I was replying to someone ELSE's problemGotcha... Welcome Aboard ! |
