Answer» hello everyone,
when i started my computer I got this strange alert, saying something about "System" "Authorization" and such with an ONLINE link to the MS website... And my control panel won't open!
I googled a bit and found a tip telling me to go to rightcklick "computer", "administration", "Services and applications", "Services" and then deactivate "Softwarelicensation" which I did, and, lo and behold, after a restart the control panel worked again....but only for a short time .
Typing this I also get an MS Essentials popup, saying something about Genuinity of WIndows could not be proven with an online link. This link leads to a "legitcheck". Shall I try this?when I do the legit check, it breaks off after a few seconds and I get the same window coming up like after I started my computer: "An unauthorized change was MADE to Windows....error code : 0xc004D401...security PROCESSOR has detected a system file conflict"
Doesn't look good, does it ?
I USE a computer that had Vista Home Premium preinstalled.Problem solved!
for now...
I deinstalled some printer sh.t, as I threw my printer away a few weeks ago.
And I deinstalled Opera that I'd instlled 10 days or so ago. Can't help you with the controlpanel, but don't mess with anything called like Softwarelicensation, as this may CAUSE your windows version to belive it is not genuine, and will disable you to use your computer in some ways.
