Because it varies from email provider to email provider the size of attachment files. If the size of FILE you are trying to attach is less than 10 mb(most of the Email service providers allow this MUCH size) then attach it. Just DRAG the file from the cd to a known location on your hd and INCLUDE it with your email as an attachment (or just point the email client to the file on the cd when you click on "add attachment")
