Answer» hello,
C PROGRAMMING for Dummies page 367 entered a Y after the: STEP for " copy con gcc.bat" command
Now - everytime i TYPE "copy con.gcc.bat" i get: Overwrite gcc.bat? (Yes/No/All): I have tried typing N, No, /N, /No etc..etc.. but windows doesn't seem to recognize my answer.
Need help.. OK to email copy con xxxx is for creating files. in a dos shell you could type edit gcc.bat and do whatever you want with it. In Windows, open notepad, type whatever you want and then save the file to whatever you want too.
ps: Make sure you remove save as .txt though
