Answer» My PC has shut down and I need help! It boots up, I GET the Windows XP page that shows the GREEN bar booting up, then the screen goes black. How can I get into the PC and TROUBLESHOOT the problem. I run all the latest spyware, ad-aware and virus SCANS, and the last time I did thay showed no viruses or problems, now this. Any suggestions? |
