Just FIX all the hardware errors or remove the devices.

All devices, when active, impose upon the CPU resources to some degree. Any device not working well may impose an excessive burden ob the system, CAUSING other things to work poorly.

Why are you SAYING that? The problem is solved... sure there are more ways you COULD scare people off.
