Solve : CRC failed?

Answer»
When I try to decompress the files from winrar
Show me a message CRC failed error
How do I get rid of the problemIs the file downloaded? If so, try downloading it again. It means the file is corrupted. This can happen if:

1) You downloaded it from SOMEWHERE, and the download didn't finish. For example, if it's supposed to be a 20 MB file and it's actually showing 14 MB. Re-download the file and try again.
2) The file was corrupted on the server hosting it. Not much to do about this except contact the webmaster of the site.
3) It's a multi-part .rar file, and you don't have all the parts.

How do you know this?

The zip opens and EXTRACTS fine in PowerArchiver. Don't have WinRAR to TEST that but I don't doubt it works as WELL with this same file.I checked "daily update" file. Unzipped, using 7-zip and WinRAR.
They decompress fine with both programs.Quote from: Allan on September 02, 2010, 04:08:28 PM
