Answer» Hi all,
I have following problem. A couple days AGO during the work, my cursor started to be very slow and than finally it dissapeared. Now i must use NumPad instead and it work but it is rather boring to move cusrsor that way. Does anybody know how to fix it? A friend of mine thinks it has something to do with the Windows and i should reinstall it or it is a kind of virus responisble. Thank you all.I forgot to say that there is nothing wrong with my mouse. I tried many of them but none worksDoes this HAPPEN in safe mode? (F8 at boot time before the Windows logo.)
If that works, delete all mouse drivers and reboot the machine. What happens now?Well, I have tried it in safe mode too but it does not work. I have looked at system properties for installed devices but there is no information that I have a mouse installed. Quite weird.Have you tried using a PS2 mouse?sure but it is still the same...looks i will have to reinstall the window..i am fed upHave you run any scans, tricky without a mouse but do it if you can.
Online Virus Scan and Spyware Scan http://www.pandasoftware.com/products/activescan.htm
Highly recommended second Online Malware Scan http://www.ewido.net/en/
EDIT: You could ALSO try to install your mouse via Add/Remove Hardware in your Control Panel. That was suggested yesterday. I wonder if he has done it?
Quote That was suggested yesterday.
