Answer» Hey
So as i was reinstalling windows today i was trying to find a way to make it easier and make a custom XP Install disc.
I've found nLite and that's PRETTY good, but i wanted to take it a STEP further. On my current XP disc that's a copy from a friend (and the only one i've EVER used) it automatically installs programs like trillian, nero, O & O degfrag, firefox, ect. if i want it to. This is probably standard right? I don't actually KNOW. Either way, I was wondering if there was any way to add other programs of my own choice to this so that i could have it automatically install iTunes or Ad-aware or whatever!
Does anyone know how to do this, or if it's actually possible? Perhaps there's even another method to do this that i'm just not thinking about?
Thanks in advanceoh joy, another nlite customized install. AFAIK you will need to fiddle with nlite.inf.I know your idea is possible. before i had an installer of that kind. I just don't know how they made it You can use Nlite to add programs, check on their SITE and forums. You'll need a genuine XP disk though to use it.
