I m using windows 98 on one of pc. The problem is that, Date and time don't change automatically day by day. If i set correct date thru c.panel for today, next day it SHOWING 1999.

flat batteryHow could it be solved. Pls. :-?New battery.It's on your motherboard about the size of a dime...part#CR2032 available at any Radio Shack and or computer store...
Make sure the unit is unplugged when you remove/replace it and take the necessary ESD precautions.

A battery is about $5 and it takes about 1 minute, including opening the case. I'd love to be a technician doing that JOB! Thanks for encourage, Surely, I hv done it and now WORKING fine.
