Answer» I can't get my desktop to run scan disk or DEFRAG. It tries but then stops after 10 times TELLING me to quit any programs that are running. I've stopped all running programs YET still can't figure out what may be running. Can someone help me? thanksGot a screen saver or an ANTIVIRUS running?
