Answer» The FOLLOWING is my problem:
Everytime when I'm undergoing " explore.exe " ,
( Like " At the Desktop " or " viewing the file folders " )
as I " press the right botton " or " press ' Ctrl + V ' ( paste on some file ) "
then would pop up a window named : Microsoft Visual C++ Debug Library
Inside the box reads:
Debug Assertion Failed!
Program:C:\WINDOWS\Explorer.EXE

Expression:(((long)(yr-1900)>=_BASE_YEAR)&&((long)(yr-1900)<=_MAX_YEAR64))

I've tried to find solutioin everywhere but in vain.

Hello did you ever find a fix for this im having the exact same problem.
