Solve : default to disable in security options? |

Answer» I'm admin on my XP, I just added a "guest" for nosey "friends" that come over & help themselves. Anyway, when I log onto my name with admin privies. I cant download hardly anything. I go into TOOLS & the security settings, I change the options from disable to either enable, or prompt and as soon as I hit the apply and/or ok it DEFAULTS all the answers back to disable.
