Solve : Deleted my driver :(((?

I rather stupidly accidentally deleted driver: D while i was in COMMAND prompt. I would like to know if there is any way to resolve this. I am not a very KNOWLEDGEABLE user so would require the information and steps to be very CLEAR and easy to follow. Thanks


Local Disc D, ORIGINAL one that was there when the computer was first installed
I deleted the driver by doing the FOLLOWING:
Typed 'Diskpart'
Then typed 'List Volume'
Then typed ' Select Volume 2'
Then im not sure what I did, i either typed clean or delete
But didnt realise what I had done till after i had done it
