Hey, I sometimes delete my history to keep my privacy (lol). But recently, I have RAN into some trouble, sometimes some of the sites STAY. I.e. When I type in the letter "g", in my adress bar, it comes up as one of my recent google searches, The one just happened to be "steam sucks". I've deleted my history, cookies, and files but I can't seem to get rid of this one search. Any suggestions would be helpful, thanks.You'll need to tell us what browser you're using. But if you're using Internet Explorer or Firefox you can USE CCleaner to clean out your internet history and it will also takes care of any other clutter on your computer. Have you deleted your browsing history in IE by selecting tools, internet options and then delete under browsing history?yupTry this then:
Select tools, internet options.
select the 'Content' tab and press the 'AutoComplete' button.
Press 'Clear Forms'.Btw. if you have the possibility of upgrading to IE 7 I would highly recommend this. Not only is it more secure but you can also clear all your browsing history (including autocomplete) from the general tab. I should huh lol.
