Solve : dell dimension desktop diskette error?

whenever I boot my computer I get this ERROR right off
"Floppy diskette seek failure.
Alert! Incompatibtle processor detected
Strike the F1 KEY to continue, or F2 to run SETUP'

How do I stop this from HAPPENING? I went into setup and disabled the floppy disk drive as a bootable o ption but I still get the error
Did you Google the error message?
