Answer» I have a Dell Inspiron 10" notebook which does not have a CD rom. When I got it I could go on the NET with it and it worked fine. I had sound then too. I was deleting some files the last person who owned it had left on it and now I have no sound and no Internet connection is recognized. There was never a back up made and it will not restore to previous working set up. Is there a trusted site where I can download a fix? I found a usb DRIVE on ebay that CLAIMS to have the Windows 7 STARTER on it and will fix whatever files I have messed up. Do these flash drives work for my problem? Is it worth buying? Only $25.
