Answer» Hi everyone I have a dell-inspiron.1520... when i POWER up FANS,lights,screen all come on. launch startup repair, start windows normally all comes on. then screen goes black lights and fans STILL run,but screen dead. can anyone advise me pleeez thanks GazJust to start MAKE sure there are no CD/DVD's in the drive or any SD cards inserted and that includes any USB memory sticks. Then try to re-start. If the problems still persist then we will need your full System/software/hardware specs please.No need to post the question twice.
