Answer» I have dell wireless keyboard and dell pc with windows xp-sp2. EVERYTHING was working fine until I turned off computer. When I restarted the keyboard does not work (none of the keys) MOUSE works fine. I replaced battries to no avail. Help Does this keyboard function on different wireless channels ? ? Is there any other wireless devices nearby that may be interfering such as a cordless phone ? ? Did you re-seat the plug for the wireless reciever ?Not sure why this was locked. Unlocking.Not I.... Must be drive-by-locking, while "crying for help".No, mouse and keyboard are only devices. I unplugged and reset the receiver as you suggested and simple as it sounds everything now works.
