Answer» Somehow the screen DISPLAY has turned horizontal, how do I change the display so I can read it normally Kind of hard to help when we don't know what display driver you have installed... Let's assume it's nVidia. You can open your display's control PANEL...choose "ROTATE display" and rotate it back to its original position. Would help to know hat type of graphics CARD you have installed, THOUGH...as well as the operating system. Apparently you had to have made some changes in order for it to be displayed the way it currently is...it just doesn't do that by itself, ya know.Try ctrl.>alt.> up arrow.
