Answer» I have been unable to ACCESS the option of changing my desktop picture. When I go to the display option in the control panel, the tab for it is missing. Is there some way to get this back again? What might be doing this? I've run all the programs on the virus and malware forum and the machine "seems" clean. The hard drive is partioned for an NT server application which I can't SEEM to get rid of either. Can one of the experts HELP?
