Solve : desktop icons no longer are transparent? |

Answer» hello can someone please HELP me with this issue? The problem is that the DESKTOP icons on my home computer are no longer transparent to see my background through them and i can no longer use any of my PICS as backgrounds . my background is stuck blue. I have a e- machine dont know what model it is it does have windows XP im really not to good with computers please have patience. thank youControl Panel-->System-->Avanced-->Performance-->Settings-->Visual effects. Check "Use drop shadows for icon LABELS on the desktop". |
