Answer» I have a Dell Inspiron 8600 laptop running with Windows XP. Recently I was on the internet and when I switched to ANOTHER site there was an interuption and the internet window opened on the upper left hand of my DESKTOP. It is now a blank BOX which can be resized but not able to delete. I have no problem getting on the internet but that white box is a bit annoying. I have a picture of my desktop below, I hope.
