1.	Solve : Device manager glitch??
Answer» Just checking my graphics card driver dates and I noticed something strange as I moved the mouse over the close window cross. INSTEAD of just ILLUMINATING as I move the mouse over it, it starts blinking furiously like I was moving the mouse on and off the button very quickly. I only GET this in device manager on a device properties window. Is this a known glitch or do I just have a weird PC? Windows Vista SP1http://www.eggheadcafe.com/video.aspx?videoid=189233 It's a harmless flaw from what I've READ and it's been REPORTED by tons of people in both Vista and Windows 7. Mine does it, too.Aww I thought my PC had personality.
